FiSer was born after a group of friends from very diverse professional fields came together but with two key points in common, good culinary taste and the desire to create a restaurant that satisfies the two basic points of the culinary experience: cuisine and service.
Our cuisine is based on strictly local, seasonal products, seeking the best fresh market products and giving the best version to our traditional recipes. We think that cooking should be shared, that's why we prepare our recipes to be enjoyed by several diners and accompanied with a small selection of local wines.
At Fiser we try to offer the experience that we like, good service and well-known, Mediterranean and seasonal cuisine.
